RETURNS POLICY
By purchasing from BellaDorri.com, you agree to the following returns policy.
In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer you the option to exchange "Or Store credit NO REFUND" the product within 2 days from the date of receipt. To ensure eligibility for the exchange, kindly ensure that the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you try on products that are placed above underwear or clothing. Please note that, due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept worn products. Products that have been worn for more than 10 minutes are deemed as used and, unfortunately, cannot be exchanged.

Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Customer will receive store credit.
Store credit will be provided for any remaining balance from switches.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Undergarments, Accessories, Masks, Bodysuits, and swimwear are NOT eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.
Orders CANNOT be cancelled or returned due to your event being cancelled or rescheduled
We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged.
Please note that all our items go through quality control prior to shipping, therefore customers are responsible for any damages they make on their clothing, so we advise that you handle it with care.
Shipping fee for any rejected returns is the customer's responsibility.
15% restocking fee will be applied to any orders rejected upon delivery including shipping charges before store credit is issued. This also applies to orders returned for any reason, including address issues. Please be aware that orders are shipped to the address provided during the ordering process.
13% restocking fee will be applied to any and all returned items before credit is issued.
20% fee will be applied to any items returned with any rips or stains( Please make sure to try on all clothes with no fragrance or makeup)
Clearance/BOGO items are final sale.
CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES
Products returned must meet the following conditions:
- Unused
- Unstained
- Unwashed
- All tags attached
- No odors other than the natural odor of the products
- No human or pet hair
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles especially on items with latex
- Original packaging
- Within 2 days of the date you received your initial purchase
- For reasons of hygiene, no changes are made in underwear (panties, thongs, etc.) or in swimwear where the hygiene sticker has been removed from the crotch.
